Charity Event for underprivileged children

The National Stadium in Singapore came alive with energy, laughter and spirit as UFIT partnered with Under Armour to host a charity event for underprivileged children. The initiative was designed to give young participants the opportunity to experience the joy of sport, teamwork and movement in a supportive environment. Across six engaging stations, children rotated through challenges that tested their strength, coordination and agility, while most importantly showing them that sport is for everyone. Schools from across Singapore came together to compete in friendly match-ups, cheering each other on and celebrating every effort. Beyond the physical activities, the event was about encouragement, building confidence and inspiring the next generation to face movement as a foundation for health and empowerment.

As part of my role, I brought together the UFIT team for the day, two physiotherapists and a strength & conditioning coach, to ensure the children had expert guidance, encouragement and safe movement throughout the activities.

The Under Armour team supported each station and opened the event with an inspiring welcome before closing with a heartfelt final talk. At the end, the children shared their feedback, many expressed how much they enjoyed the experience and how special it was to step out of the classroom for a few hours to move, play and connect through sport.
