What I love most about running and physiotherapy is that both remind us of something simple: no one starts at the finish line. We all grow into our strength, at any age, and at our own pace.

One of the most beautiful things I’ve ever been told by a member of the SG Falcon Club is this: we train together and race alone.

If you take a moment to think about it, it reflects life in so many ways. We grow, learn, and prepare side by side, supported by community, by friends, by moments of shared effort. But when the real test comes, whether on the road or in life, it’s ultimately our own race to run.

And that’s what makes the journey so meaningful.
